A: As long as you are in a quiet place and have a good internet connection, you can see the doctor from almost anywhere.
Q: Will I see the same doctor every time?
A: We want you to have a great professional bond with your doctor, so unless there is a coverage issue, we will always book you with the same doctor.
Q: Can you treat me for all my medical needs?
A: Our scope of practice is limited to ADHD and related disorders, but our doctors may make exceptions based on your needs.
Q: Do you treat complex psychiatric disorders like schizophrenia?

Q: Can you treat my son or daughter?
A: We can, but all patients must be at least 18 years of age.
Q: Do you have a patient portal to send documents back and forth privately?
A: Yes, If you login here from a web browser on a PC or Mac, you can upload documents to us or download documents that we uploaded for you.
Q: I need to speak to someone-what are your office hours?
A: We are in the office and answer phones from 9AM-6PM ET Monday-Friday excluding weekends and holidays. You may leave us a voicemail message. We will typically get back to you on the next business day for routine matters. Note that if you are having a medical emergency, you should immediately call 911 for help.

Q: My medication was lost, stolen or misplaced. Can you replace it?
A: If the medication is not a controlled substance, our doctors can likely replace it. However, we cannot replace controlled substances. For that reason, it is important that you safeguard your medications to prevent loss or theft.
Q: My insurance company wants a prior authorization for a medication, can you assist?
A: We can usually help get your medication covered by insurance. Just call us or ask your pharmacy to fax us the rejection along with your insurance information. We will promptly submit a prior authorization request to your insurance company.
Q: Can you mail me a paper prescription if desired?
A: No, we are 100% paperless and comply with state mandates to e-prescribe.
Q: How do I transfer my prescription to a different pharmacy?
A: In most cases your pharmacist can coordinate the transfer. If they cannot assist, please call our Patient Success Coordinator at 855-263-7669 ext. 4 and we can help you.
Q: Can you provide me a bill to submit to my insurance carrier?
A: Yes, we can provide a superbill. Just contact us and we will put a pdf in the patient portal.
Q: Can I charge my visit to an HSA, HRA or FSA account?
A: Yes, as long as the card bears a Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover logo.
