What insurance do you accept?

To provide you with the very highest levels of service, we do not accept any insurance plans.

Can you provide me a bill to submit to my insurance carrier?

Yes, we can provide a superbill.  Just contact us and we will put a pdf in the patient portal.

Can I charge my visit to an HSA, HRA or FSA account?

Yes, as long as the card  bears a Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover logo.

What is your fee schedule?

You can find our current schedule of fees here

What methods of payment do you accept?

 We accept credit and debit cards bearing a Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover logo.

 
The physician didn't prescribe the medication I wanted; can I get my money back?

No, our physician’s treat you based on their professional judgement. Our fees are for your doctor’s time and expertise, not based on what prescriptions were or were not issued.​

I absolutely love Dr. Hannum and Lynn. Lynn (poor thing) helps me every month with at least one thing lol. Dr Hannum listens- he doesn’t just fill your script and hang up. If I have an issue he takes his time. I appreciate the extra mile they both go for me. And you can do it from the comfort of your own home (which really helps a lot of us suffering from any issue that prevents you from leaving your home! I could go on and on, but I’m telling you Charlie at once and you’ll be hooked great people. Great doctors great behind the scenes. I mean everybody there is wonderful.
