Can your physicians prescribe medications for me?
Our doctors can prescribe any FDA approved medication to the pharmacy of your choice.
My medication was lost, stolen or misplaced. Can you replace it?
If the medication is not a controlled substance, our doctors can likely replace it. However, we cannot replace controlled substances. For that reason, it is important that you safeguard your medications to prevent loss or theft
My insurance company wants a prior authorization for a medication, can you assist?
We can usually help get your medication covered by insurance. Just call us or ask your pharmacy to fax us the rejection along with your insurance information. We will promptly submit a prior authorization request to your insurance company.
Can you mail me a paper prescription if desired?
No, we are 100% paperless and comply with state mandates to e-prescribe.
How do I transfer my prescription to a different pharmacy?
In most cases your pharmacist can coordinate the transfer. If they cannot assist, please call our Patient Success Coordinator at 855-263-7669 ext. 4 and we can help you.

I really love physicians Now! I absolutely love Dr. Hannum and Lynn. Lynn (poor thing) helps me every month with at least one thing lol. Dr Hannum listens- he doesn’t just fill your script and hang up. If I have an issue he takes his time. I appreciate the extra mile they both go for me. And you can do it from the comfort of your own home (which really helps a lot of us suffering from any issue that prevents you from leaving your home! I could go on and on, but I’m telling you Charlie at once and you’ll be hooked great people. Great doctors great behind the scenes. I mean everybody there is wonderful.

Ive loved my doctor since day one. Down to earth but to the point. He's loaded with knowledge so he doesn't fumble around with any questions I have for him. He always questions my health and my well-being. He makes sure every angle is covered. I would recommend him for a child or an adult.

I've been with Physician's Now and Dr. Hannum since 2019, and I've been a happy patient. Lynn is incredible and always a joy to talk to! She takes active interest, she cares, and she always answers the phone. I like the new appointment setting process. I find it to be faster than the app, and I like how I can text the office. One thing that would be even better is if we were able to text the doctor for certain things. The process is easy and I'm satisfied. Dr. Hannum takes time to listen and engage with me beyond medical talk, and I feel like my health is in good hands with him.

Lynn does an excellent job in terms of scheduling, coordinating, and answering any administrative questions that you may have. The provider that I have been seeing has also been phenomenal. In my opinion, there is nothing worse than seeking mental health treatment and having a provider try and push their own philosophies and agendas on to you or judging you. That is not the case here, they listen to you, understand what you're going through, and are willing to help. I'd highly recommend this service.

This office and its staff are absolutely amazing. Dr Hannum is the only doctor to listen to my needs and hear me out from previous experiences, and treated me WAY better than anyone else has been able to. I've been a patient for 2 years now and I refuse to go elsewhere.

Ever since I switched providers over a year ago, I couldn’t be more happier to have Dr. Hannum as my doctor. He is very passionate, considerate, punctual, and tailors to my mental health needs. I have never had any difficulties with rescheduling or canceling appointments and he always has availability that fits my work schedule. I’ve had a wonderful experience using this app for my virtual Dr appointment and prescription needs. My Dr. is very attentive to my general needs and concerns. Dr Hannum is very helpful and always makes sure any questions I have are addressed during my appointment. I’ve been seeing him for a few years and always have a positive experience. He's very approachable and readily answers any questions or concerns I have. Scheduling is very easy and there are a wide range of appointment times so you don’t have to wait.

I’ve been using Physicians Now for the last 6 months or so and have a great experience. I was leery about getting ADHD treatment via telemedicine BUT the process has been really smooth and surprisingly helpful. The doctors are very knowledgeable and have even offered different tweaks to my prescription to help me maintain a solid work/life balance. Every month I meet with her and she asks me really great questions about my treatment, following up on previous appointments. It’s really a nice experience and I’m really glad I decided to start working with them. I 100% recommend this company and hope they continue to thrive in the digital space and our new, “telemedicined” world.
