Dr Hannum is great! I’ve been a member of Physicians Now for almost 6 years and I never plan on changing! Support staff is very knowledgeable and friendly if you need help with your profile or meds!

I've been with Physician's Now and Dr. Hannum since 2019, and I've been a happy patient. Lynn is incredible and always a joy to talk to! She takes active interest, she cares, and she always answers the phone. I like the new appointment setting process. I find it to be faster than the app, and I like how I can text the office. One thing that would be even better is if we were able to text the doctor for certain things. The process is easy and I'm satisfied. Dr. Hannum takes time to listen and engage with me beyond medical talk, and I feel like my health is in good hands with him.

Lynn does an excellent job in terms of scheduling, coordinating, and answering any administrative questions that you may have. The provider that I have been seeing has also been phenomenal. In my opinion, there is nothing worse than seeking mental health treatment and having a provider try and push their own philosophies and agendas on to you or judging you. That is not the case here, they listen to you, understand what you're going through, and are willing to help. I'd highly recommend this service.

I recently had a televisit with Dr. Williams, and I can’t say enough good things about both him and his staff. From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, Lynn, the receptionist, was incredibly helpful. She guided me through every step of the process, answered all my questions with patience, and made scheduling a breeze. She also took the time to transfer my prescription when one pharmacy was out of stock.

When I met Dr. Williams, I immediately felt at ease. He truly took the time to listen to all my concerns, never rushing the appointment. His caring and thoughtful approach made me feel confident that I was in great hands. It’s rare to find a doctor who is both knowledgeable and compassionate, and I feel fortunate to have found Dr. Williams.

This is not your typical 3 to 5 minute routine Prescription visit. They provide genuine personalized care. My family and work situation poses challenges for prescription management. I’ve been using Physicians Now for the last 6 months or so and have a great experience. I was leery about getting ADHD treatment via telemedicine BUT the process has been really smooth and surprisingly helpful. The doctors are very knowledgeable and have even offered different tweaks to my prescription to help me maintain a solid work/life balance. Every month I meet with her and she asks me really great questions about my treatment, following up on previous appointments. It’s really a nice experience and I’m really glad I decided to start working with them. I 100% recommend this company and hope they continue to thrive in the digital space and our new, “telemedicined” world.

Best doctor and best assistant I’ve ever dealt with. They handled me and all my needs professionally and didn’t treat me like I was a drug addict like most doctors are doing nowadays. I am in such love with this doctor she is the greatest. And her assistant is the best.
