I absolutely love Dr. Hannum and Lynn. Lynn (poor thing) helps me every month with at least one thing lol. Dr Hannum listens- he doesn’t just fill your script and hang up. If I have an issue he takes his time. I appreciate the extra mile they both go for me. And you can do it from the comfort of your own home (which really helps a lot of us suffering from any issue that prevents you from leaving your home! I could go on and on, but I’m telling you Charlie at once and you’ll be hooked great people. Great doctors great behind the scenes. I mean everybody there is wonderful.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Hannah Hannum at Physicians Now for about 12–18 months, and I can’t say enough good things. Dr. Hannum is reliable, consistent, and truly responsive. He always takes the time to listen, address every concern, and make sure I understand my treatment plan.

The support staff deserves just as much praise because they are top-notch. Anytime I’ve had a question about an appointment, medication, or treatment, they respond promptly (like uncanny fast) and ALWAYS follow up to ensure everything is resolved.

Honestly, this kind of care and communication are rare these days, and I’m incredibly grateful to have found Physicians Now. Highly recommend!

I've been with Physician's Now and Dr. Hannum since 2019, and I've been a happy patient. Lynn is incredible and always a joy to talk to! She takes active interest, she cares, and she always answers the phone. I like the new appointment setting process. I find it to be faster than the app, and I like how I can text the office. One thing that would be even better is if we were able to text the doctor for certain things. The process is easy and I'm satisfied. Dr. Hannum takes time to listen and engage with me beyond medical talk, and I feel like my health is in good hands with him.

Lynn does an excellent job in terms of scheduling, coordinating, and answering any administrative questions that you may have. The provider that I have been seeing has also been phenomenal. In my opinion, there is nothing worse than seeking mental health treatment and having a provider try and push their own philosophies and agendas on to you or judging you. That is not the case here, they listen to you, understand what you're going through, and are willing to help. I'd highly recommend this service.

Both Dr Z amd Lynn are the most amazing and compassionate healthcare workers I have ever encountered. I hold them both in the highest regards. They have both gone so far above and beyond to ensure my Healthcare and prescription needs are met.

I started their service about 6 months ago. Wish I would have been using their service for the last several years.

This is not your typical 3 to 5 minute routine Prescription visit. They provide genuine personalized care. My family and work situation poses challenges for prescription management. They have always been flexible and understanding in making my life stress free in regards to ensuring my healthcare needs are covered.

*UPDATE* Been a patient here now for about 3 years and nothing has changed. Dr. Hannum is still the best and only doctor that actually listens to me and my needs without any judgement. If youre thinking about trying this out, I definitely recommend it.

I have been working with Dr. Hannum through Physicians Now for years, and I receive the best quality care in comparison to what I've experienced working with other providers I've dealt with in the past. This is the reason I couldn't even begin to imagine switching providers to any other physician than Dr. hannum through Physicians Now.

And, please allow me to add that his receptionist through Physicians Now, Miss Lynn, offers up immediate and efficient support to clients regarding any of the variable issues that may arrise after appointments with Dr. Hannum have been completed. In my experience with Miss Lynn, she will ensure she goes to bat for clients on their behalf regarding any refil or pharmacy related issues that may happen to arrise. She's very knowledgeable on the current laws and regulations and will always go the extra mile by handling these types of issues for her patients on their behalf as a courtesy to Physicians Now clients to ensure they receive the best quality service and most convenient experience she can.

I've nothing but amazing things to say about the entire Physicians Now staffing team, and Dr. Hannum really does stand out as the most caring and professional Psychiatrist I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They truly care and will always go the extra mile for us. I couldn't ever imagine losing them.
